About the event
Join together with friends and enjoy an evening of stitching and (well chatting :).
We will cover basic embroidery stitches, eat a few snacks, and have some laughs. I will share smaples of embroidery projects that I have completed and hope to inspire you to take up an embroidery practice that brings joy to your life. This is not cross-stitching. This is zen embroidery. A practice of stitching as mediatation, keeping your hands busy and mind quiet. Learning to enjoy one stitch at a time with patience.
Participants will receive a starter kit that includes a hoop, fabric, needle, thread, and instruction.
Cost is $30.
